RETURNS & EXCHANGES PROCESS
Returning and/or exchanging an item at North42 is easy! Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and specific items requesting to be returned/exchange within fourteen (14) days from the date you received the package. Please let us know why you're returning/exchanging the item in your email.
Once your return/exchange is authorized by us, you will be emailed a pre-approved Return Authorization (RA#). Please note that we cannot accept a return/exchange without the RA#, so don't forget to email us for your Return Authorization before sending us your item(s).
Pack all garments securely and write the pre-approved RA# on the outside of the package. Please ship your items with a tracking number to the address below:

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two (2) business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
Note: Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs. However for exchanges, product flaws, and incorrect items we are able to provide you with FREE shipping.
- Items must be returned to us within 14 days from the date we issue your RA#. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return.
- Items must be received in new, unworn, unaltered and unwashed condition.
- Items must have all tags attached and be received in their original packaging.
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box.
- Pierced products (such as earrings), hosiery, swimwear, underwear and cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Exchanges may only be made for a different size of the original purchased product, or at the discretion of the North42 customer service team. If the size you requested is not in stock, you may choose to return the item.
- Sale items may not be returned.
